• Do you take custom orders?

For now I am not taking on any custom orders, however I hope to reopen these soon. Please check my Tiktok / Instagram for any updates on this. 

  • How long until I recieve my order? 

Once you have placed your order it will take roughly 5 weeks for me to make and ship this. Sometimes it can take longer. If the weather is hot, the clay takes longer to dry. Everything is handmade myself, sometimes there is complications, which requires more time to resolve. I try my best to make sure the orders are shipped out on the 5th week. I appreciate your patience and thank you <3

  • How much do your clocks cost?

The price will vary from clock to clock depending on the details and how long it takes to complete. For my more simpler designs it is approx £120.00, and more detailed clocks can go up to £150.00. This price is for a clock and one set of charms. The more sets of charms added price will increase. 

My prices are not guranteed to stay the same each drop. I will have times when i will increase my prices due to costs of materials used and if more of my time is required. 

Please note all of my clocks and charms are fully handmade by just myself. The charms especially take a lot of time from shaping the clay, to painting and lastly the most important part , the resin. It takes me approx 5/6 hours to complete one clock set which doesnt include drying time. 

  • How do you hang the clocks on the wall?

The clock mechanism has a built in hanger hoop which allows the clock to be hung on the wall using a flathead screw

  • What battery type does your clocks take?

All of my clocks will take one single AA battery. The battery is not included with a clock purchase

  • How do I put on the clock hands?

The clock mechanism comes attached the clock already, however the 3 clock hands will be packaged in bubble wrap seperatly to avoid damage. 

To put these on you do need to apply pressue and use both hands. The first hand to put on is the shortest, then the thicker longer hand and lastly the thin long hand. 

All hands are tested on the clocks before shipping to ensure they fit correctly, so they have been tested and work correctly

  • Do you deliver internationally and how much does it cost?

I do! The delivery fee is based on the weight.
